2013 vrs 2014

Went to a local dealer to check out Sunset trail tt. Looked at a 2014 in the floor plan we liked. Dealer showed me a 2013 leftover in the same floor plan. He gave us a price which was a little over 14.000 off msrp.
My question is are there any big improvements of the 14 vrs the 13

No only minor touches.

I have a 2012, and can't find any differences with the 2013 or 2014 on my 300BH except my front cap is dark brown and the new units look like they're light beige.

Save the cash my friend and buy last years model. Call around too. You may get even a better deal.

check the axles , 13's had 3500 on some models and the same model in 14 has 4400 axles. also 14s have d rated tires and 13s had c rated. also 14s have a darker ceiling .

Thanks for the information. The discount is a full 40% off msrp. He showed me his invoice and gave me a price of 1000 over. It seems like a really good deal to me.
I will check tire and axle ratings. The model is Sunset Trail st30re and since there are only two of us the floor is one my wife likes.
We sold our Excel fifth wheel a few years ago and want to get into rving again. This time it will be shorter trips and less duration of time, so we think this will fit our need.
Thanks for the help

If you like it and it seems like a fair deal - go for it!

You'll want to confirm this, but it looks like the insulation has been upgraded for the 2014 model year, though that may not matter too much depending on where you plan to camp. Also, exterior color may be different. I posted about some changes I noted in a different thread.

The 2013 vs. 2014 32BH had a few differences. First the shower went from rectangle with a tub to pie shaped. I like the pie shaped shower. The fridge is bigger but it eliminated a drawer under the fridge. 2014 has an LED blue strip in the front cap. The 2013 had to lights above the mantle and now gone in 2014. 2014 they added blue LED lights in the door ways to the master. The radio in the 2014 is much better. The sofa bed is now a memory foam sofa bed. They made the bunkhouse slide come out further in the 2014 and added a full size memory foam sofa bed. The old BH had a jack knife sofa. They added a small shelf above the full bed in the BH. The rear bumper is different in the 2014 it doesn't protrude. They added the larger LP tanks in the 2014. The rims are different in the 2014, I like the new ones better. ( Hold on let me catch my breath.) The stabilizers and the slides are no longer controlled by remote in the 2014. They added a switch for the master bedroom lights on the street side entry door in the 2014. I guess that's it.

We purchased a 2013 closeout last September. We think we will really like the new TT. We've only camped in it once but are looking forward to spring!
