2015 sunset trail reserve 32 ac

Our ac stopped working. We pulled the control box down and apparently the factory install left an exposed wire. Melted wires and wing nuts as well as the housing wall. This could have been a really bad accident.

Boy, you are lucky to have caught that before it turned into something a lot worse.
Have you by any chance contacted the factory and informed them?
I know your rig is out of warranty, but that's not the point here.

Take a picture and ssend to anyone and all you can find at the factory, I did with some of the crap they had done on mine. Might make a diff but do not think so. No communication between upper s and actual workers. Plus remember that there are no electricians assembling these things. ...
