2017 Sunset Trail 290QB Issues

Could someone comment if the issues below are covered by warranty before I take it to the dealer? I called Crossroads customer service and they kinda brushed me off and told me to take it up with the dealer.

1. The pantry plywood side wall came off. It is still attached at the top and bottom and looks bulged in the middle where it got unglued. Not sure they need to strip the whole side plywood panel down and glue it back...

2. The rectangular strip on the top of the back rest of the dinette (covered with faux leather) came off at one end and looks like the factory did not do good at catching during QC. The screw was drilled way off and missed the bottom part totally.

If you are less then one year from the time you took delivery, it should be covered under warranty in my opinion.

Thanks. Just called the dealer and made the first available appointment in mid Feb!!

If you will be out of the warranty time frame by then, make sure and get this all documented right away. That way there won't be any arguments when you take it in.

It'll be under warranty till 09/17 so I should be ok.
