250 RB sunset trail slide out

Hello everyone, I am new to this, has a question, we purchased a 16 sunset trail last March, I took it to a repair shop to get it worked on, still waiting to see what is going to happen, just need some insite from people that know about this stuff . It looks like the slide is out of adjustment. Do you know what mechanism it has?

I don't, it's all cable driven, very new at this, just waiting on shop to get back to me, I guess besides them fixing slide correctly I pray they can fix the floor correctly !!!

I can't help with any advise on cable driven slides. Maybe somebody here has some experience with them and will chime in.
