Well, I believe that picture pretty well shows it. Those inline shut offs are it.

This is my 3rd RV and this setup is different so excuse dumb questions.
If I close Cold side that will keep RV juice from filling th HWH. How does the juuice get to the hot line side then to winterize hot lines? I am used to third valve on line connecting the two lines.

You open the bypass which bypasses the water heater. Close the cold inlet.

In your picture it is in by pass mode. The water or antifreeze flows the way the valve handle is pointing. The water/ antifreeze comes in on the cold side and flows thru the valve around the loop and thru the hot valve then to the hot side of your faucets. When you turn the valve handles to point at the water heater then the water flows to the valve into the water heater then out the hot side of the water heater to the faucets.

There are 1-2 3 valve bypasse's. You have a 2 valve one.

My water heater is in this configuration. My check valve went bad so I had trouble winterizing it without filling the tank with rv antifreeze. I tried to take the check out but I couldn't get it to budge. So I added another shutoff valve at the top. It work great and pretty much like my old campers.
