Unhappy AC/Heating Issue

We have a 2016 Sunset Trail Ultralite TT- purchased late August 2015 new. Since the, we have only taken the trailer out a few times- everything was working fine.

After winterizing the trailer and storing it for winter it seems that something has gone wrong with our AC/Heating systems. Both of us are new to the RV world so our knowledge is limited, but this is what is happening:

-while stored, we didn't remove our battery, we thought because it was plugged into power source we didn't have to- we now know that was a mistake-

While stored, one day a clicking noise was heard coming from the area below the breaker box/space beneath the refrigerator, after trying several things with the thermostat to try stopping it, it was disconnected from both power and the battery. Noise stopped- we thought the gas must be low and the furnace was trying to start.

We picked our trailer up and everything seemed fine but the AC wasn't blowing cold air. Later it seemed that the heat wasn't getting to the point set on the thermostat.

At this point, I hear a fan going at times in the area of the converter, intermittently.

All plugs work, microwave, kitchen stoves... all work.

Seems to be only affecting AC mainly and possibly heat...

Please help... im new to this all!

Check your breakers for the AC it runs on 120v. The ignitor for the furnace and also the thermostat run on 12v. I would check all breakers and fuses at your convertor to start with. I would also get a load test on your battery to make sure it is still good. There is also a fuse in the thermostat when you pop the cover off you can check

Make sure your battery cables are hooked up correctly.

I checked the battery - that seems to be functioning properly. I was hoping that it was something like that because I can fix that...

Thank you
