AC Vents in 2016 Sunset Trail 250RB

We camped this weekend at Anchor Down RV Resort in Dandridge, TN and it's an amazing location. However, we used our AC for the first time and noticed that the ducted vents don't put out as much air as when you open it up at the center main duct. Also, we noticed that the ducted vents near the kitchen and bathroom still had air coming out of it when the big center ducts were open but the ducted vents near the entertainment system and bedroom had nothing coming out. Is this normal? Has anyone else noticed this?

When you open the bottom of the AC so it can"dump" there won't be as much air coming from the other vents.

So, basically the center is dump a lot of air to cool down. I closed the vents in the bathroom, kitchen and near the entertainment system and we had some air come out of the vent in the bedroom but still left the center vent open.
