Stumbled onto this:

www.prorac.com/ballmount.php

Solves the rear bumper issue. Anyone have any experience with this or have any opinions. I certainly have the space on my WD hitch but wonder about tight turns, maybe?

Whatcha think?

I didn't see any price for the rack on the website. Any ideas how much it is?

Looks like $116.21 less 10% at www.realtruck.com.

I know I have towed mine with the tail gate down and the motorcycle in bed and didn't have clearance issues. I guess it depends on what is longer the tail gate or the bikes.

I know that this has been a very old thread, but choosing some good</span>ball mounts for the bike rack sure can be very hard. But if you do some research, then things would be ok and good in the long run. Hope you can fix whatever is the problem there.

Has anyone used this mount yet? I was thinking of putting a front hitch on my 2011 Silverado HD2500 but I don't want to cut the facia.
