ceiling panels separating at seams

i have an "18 331 sunset trail and the interior roof seams are coming apart. one
above the refrigerator where axles are and one in bunk room. i'm taking to dealer to pay for repair but wanted to see if anyone else has same issue. ive emailed crossroads twice but have had no reply. i feel it should be a warranty issue with the 3 yr structural coverage.

Yeah, they staple them to the roof members and obviously missed them. They staple to aluminum cause it is faster that actually screwing them,

Sorry, I have no advice. But chances are it isn't structural, just a hurried worker that missed the framing members. I've got a similar situation with a wall in the bathroom. It's quite obvious that the seam is not fully on the stud.
