Converter not charging batteries

Hello. My new 2016 sunset trail 240bh stopped charging the batteries out of the blue. It's been plugged into shore power since I've owned it (1 month). I have checked every possible fuse I can find. In the panel and at battery. All is good. Is there a reset button or a truck that I'm missing? Is there fuses under the trailer by chance? None of the AC breakers are tripped either. Can anyone shed light on this? Thank you.

Jim, have you checked the battery cables to see if they are tight (also fluid in the cells)? Also, put a voltmeter on the battery terminals and read the voltages with all power OFF (unplugged) and again with the rig plugged in. You should get a reading of about 12v un-plugged (approx) and about 13-14V plugged in. If the voltage increases when plugged in, it MAY be a bad battery.

I purchased mine used and it wasn't charging the batteries either. I read the manual for the power center and there are 2-fuses on it that only blow when the battery is hooked up backwards to protect the power center. The dealer must have accidentally connected the battery backwards and hadn't noticed that the fuses were blown. Replaced them and all is good now.
