I just wanted to say with all the bad things that have been happening with quailty control at Crossroads lately,,the customer service I got when I found the dvd player in my Sunset Trail Reserve was the wrong one and didnt play dvd audio through the tv was awesome. I emailed Crossroads and got a responce the next day and a few pictures of the player and the buildsheet sent , I have the new dvd player a week later. Thanks Bill.

WTF this was the response I got

This is as per design. There is an upgrade DVD player that is available
through your dealer if you wish to purchase it, I believe it is the model
970 if my memory serves.

I talked with bill during having my door side wall replaced and other problems I had. and he did a great job taking very good care of us and keeping us up to date with what was going on.

I am curious also everyone always mentioned him as the go-to guy. I visited the factory in Sept 2012 and he and his team took excellent care of our problems (minor stuff). He was very customer satisfaction oriented, lets hope he was not another "cost cut". Anyone have info?

The build sheet is on the inside of the kitchen cupboard on my trailer, also the Bill I'm referring to is Bill Hodge. I guess there is more than one Bill there that is very helpful.

Well to my surprise the build sheet on my st31bh
Says that there is susposed to be a Jensen 970 there as well
So emailed again

I now have a Jensen 970
Being mailed to me now!!

I'm in the same boat. I have had a few minor issues and every one has been corrected in a timely manner. No questions asked including the replacement of a 965 for the 970 radio. Between my dealer Lazydays and Crossroads I've been happy thus far.

I to have the AWM 965 when I'm suppose to have the 970. Contacted Terry at Crossroads and he had me e mail pictures and said all is good. e mails me back a couple days later and says 970 is no longer available and they can no longer get Jensens. WTF. Says he'll try and figuring something out. I'll hold my breath.

No they did not, but twice they told me the "Check is in the mail" so to speak, only to be notified latter that it wasn't. Isn't the saying "fool me once......" Does it also mean that anyone that has a Jensen break under warranty will have to wait while they figure something out.

Yes, they are now using the Genesis Technology/GT 2.0 My unit came from the factory with it. So hopefully they will send you one of those.

Well here it is July 2nd and still waiting for them to "figure something out". I even said I would modify the opening and wiring to accept the Genesis that they now use. The worst part is they never respond to my E-mails and the only responses I get are when I call them. I'm considering trying the BBB or RV action line. Don't really want to go that route but I losing faith.
