Eletronic Keypad for door

Is the electronic keypad you want specific for the 2022 Crossroads Sunset Trail 253rb?

You need to measure the opening for your lock.

Most RV doors have a standard handle/lock and the one I put on is a RVLock brand. They have several different models. Fairly easy to install and set up.

I put one on last season. It was a standard size, but I did have a little trouble with the holes lining up exactly, so it took a little file work. It wasn't a name brand, but I tried to get a decent one that wasn't all plastic. It worked great last year and then the batteries went dead over the winter. I put new batteries in and the remotes work great, but if you just push the lock button, it just beeps. It probably needs to be re programmed, but I have to find the instructions. Still it is nice using it with the remote, and I sometimes let family use my camper, so instead of hiding a key, I can just give them the combination. I think it was a good upgrade.

I put a Latch.It on my Sunset Trail. It was about a 15 minute job. When I got my new trailer, I put the original lock back on the Sunset Trail and put the Latch.It lock on my Rockwood. This is the 3rd season that I have been using it. I remove the batteries when it isn't being used for an extended time.
