Front storage leak

2012 sunset trail 25rb I have found a small amount of water inside the front storage area on my trailer. Can't see where the leak is. No staining of the wood inside. Next step is to check the seam at the front cap. Any other ideas?

Leaks are hard to find as they often leak over there and show up over here. A couple places to check - start at the roof - the clearance lights - if you have any windows - the trunk door seal and the trunk frame to the camper. Remember water runs down hill but will cling to a flat surface until it finds a dip or a obstruction then will drip down.

Good luck

Something else that i have used successfully is to get a moisture tester (several different designs - some inexpensive) and try to follow the moisture. Wall paper and carpet will stay moist for a long time and you may be able to track down the direction the intrusion came from.

Not sure how large your front storage is; but when I had water in mine. I actually got inside and had my wife shut me up in there. Then I could see where the light was coming in at. Mine was at the lower edge and it was coming in as we were driving in the rain.
