Furnace doing nothing

Currently on our first trip of the year. Once we got setup at the campground, walked inside and noticed that the RvComfort.ZC thermostat displayed Zone 4 and 00 where the temperature normally is. Now the weird thing about that is that I wasn't aware that I had a Zone 4 because all I have ever used is Zones 1 & 2 for the cooling A/C's.

Anyway, I "reset" the thermostat by pulling the fuse and after several false starts got it displaying Zone 1&2 like it normally does.

Well, the first morning we got up, it was a little chilly so I slide the switch to Heat and..........nothing happens. No clicks, no blower, no nothing.

Did some googling and found out how to put the thermostat in "programming" mode. The problem is that it only recognizes Zone 1&2 (both cooling zones) and nothing else.

My thoughts/questions:
1) I'm thinking the original Zone 4 was setup as the "Heat" zone and the original 00 displayed was trying to tell me something (like maybe the thermostat realized that the Furnace wasn't present any longer.
2) I have checked all of the fuses (none are labeled "furnace", flipped the one switch on the furnace that I can get to, and tried everything I can think of.
3) I cannot figure out how to get a good look at the board in the furnace housing. It is next to the water heater and the only access I have tried is to remove the metal return duct. Unfortunately, that still doesn't get me any access to the circuit board.

Any help. thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated!

Wish I could help, but my thermostat doesn't have any of those settings or readings.

Don't know if you have the manual, but here is a copy I found on another forum.

I feel for you!

We have one of the fancy dancy two zone expensive ones. Dometic I think.

It is far smarter than the DW and i.

She does battle with it any time a minor change is made.

one issue is often it has some timeout that makes you wait between changes. If you get frisky hitting more buttons it gets more confused.

You need a chair and patience for ours.

The manual is awful.

Well, I had some other weird things happening with the thermostat once we returned from our trip so I ordered a new thermostat and it seems to have fixed all of the issues.

The "sail switch" went out in our Sunset Trail 200RD. The furnace just quit. We checked everything as well, but to no avail. The dealer said this was a big problem across the country and warned us we may need to wait a long while for the part, but fortunately it arrive in a couple of weeks. It's not in a place you can easily get to. They had to pull the heater unit to fix it. So far it works.
