Having issues with power

When I plug my trailer into my house the breaker blows. We have checked the battery. Connection is correct. We discounted battery, tried plugging in, with all breakers off, when we throw the breakers nothing works. Any ideas?

Do you mean the main breaker in the camper trips?
Are you using an extension cord? If so check to make sure if that is your problem.

Just about everything in a camper needs 12V from the battery to operate. So disconnecting that won't help.
A few things that don't--- AC, microwave, TV, and maybe one light.

Please put the make, model and year of your camper in your sig so we all know what you have and will be better able to answer your questions and help.

As Lloyd said "which breaker"? You need at least a 20 amp. Plus you must use a good quality extension cord of no less than 12 guage, preferably 10. Do not even mess with a 14 of 16. They will not carry the load.

Few questions
What outlet in your home are you plugging into?
If it's a standard 15 or 20 Amps becareful what you have on.
If you wired a 30-amp plug remember the trailer is 110 not 220

I would try a different receptical on your house. Or turn off all your breakers in you rig except the main. Then turn one breaker on at a time.
Also make sure 12 or 10 gauge extention cord is used.

Check to see that the house outlet is properly wired.
