I just bought a 2013 sunset trail 31bh and im trying to figure out all the lose ends but i have yet been able to get my furnace or hot water working... I have my water heater on but im not sure what is causing me to not have any... Do i need to wait a certain amount of time? Also my furnace turned on but only blew cold air for about 2 min and then shut off!

A few things to check do you have full propane tanks, are they on and is the switch on the regulator turned towards one of the tanks?

Did you bleed the air out of the lines by lighting the stove. If not the furnace will quit trying toto light after a few attempts if it is not purged. Could be the same problem with the water heater. You could just try the furnace and turn it off and back on when you hear it stop trying to light so it will reset.

On my 6 gal WH the posted recovery time is about 30 minutes. This may help you with the time question.
About the heating system...the 2 minute cold blast may be from the fan setting only.
This unit has a heating setting and a fan only setting. If you have the owners manual it may be of help as it was to me.
