I just installed the Smoke colored MAX AIR II vent covers on my 29SS and they really look good.

Question for the folks that also have these covers. Do you travel down the road with the vents open?

P.S. If you don't have them and are thinking about getting them they are pretty easy to install and there are some very goodYouTube instructional videos showing the installation.

I had one on my previous camper and left the vent open all the time. Had no issues, it was great.

I keep my vents open all the time except when travelling down the road. We left the bathroom one open one time and it sucked in a bunch of dirt. That said everyone else seems to leave them open. Think of it like a sunroof on a car with a rain cover over it.

I have them on all 3 vents on my 2012 31BH. And i keep the vents open all the time if its parked in the driveway or traveling down the road. We have never had an issue. Hopefully this helps.
