norcold fridge

We've got a Norcold N8XLT fridge in our Sunset Trail 253RB. I see that I can change the temp with the push of a button. What temp does everyone run there's at. It's got up to 5 settings, currently have it set to 3 and it seems colder then my fridge at home.

Buy yourself a couple good fridge thermometers. Put one in the fridge and one in the freezer. It takes all the guess work out.

A lot of things come into play with where you set the refrigerator setting - outside and inside temperatures - humidity and a big one is how many times you open the door and how long it is open. Unless you have a residential refrigerator which makes "cold" a RV refrigerator absorbs heat leaving cool. so the more the door is opened the more heat enters the refrigerator so it has to absorb it to cool back down.

As Lloyd stated get a couple GOOD refrigerator thermometers then you will know for sure.

Mine are set at 3 most of the time and 4 if it’s very warm outside.
I installed a wireless thermometer in the fridge and freezer that have low limit alarms to alert me if they drop below a predetermined threshold.
