A lot of things come into play with where you set the refrigerator setting - outside and inside temperatures - humidity and a big one is how many times you open the door and how long it is open. Unless you have a residential refrigerator which makes "cold" a RV refrigerator absorbs heat leaving cool. so the more the door is opened the more heat enters the refrigerator so it has to absorb it to cool back down.
As Lloyd stated get a couple GOOD refrigerator thermometers then you will know for sure.
