Outside Door Latch Issue on 2015 ST32RL

I'm having an intermittent problem w/ the latch on the outside kitchen door. Sometimes it will lock/unlock and the door opens just fine. Other times it will not lock but the door will not open.

Have been unable to corrolate this w/ anything. With the door open, I've tested the latch and it appears to turn and operate just fine, so I don't think that is the problem. It's funny, because the door will work fine...we move the trailer...the door will not open...we move the trailer...the door works fine! It seems as if something moves and somehow binds the latch mechanism, but I can't figure out what that might be. Can't troubleshoot it now since I can't get the door to open!

Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this. Thanks.

No its not the recalled lock cause he is refering to the 951 key . Try pushing in on the door at the lock area as you are turning the key. probably just binding.

I had an issue with the door if the trailer is is not leveled side to side on both the front and rear. If the frame gets twisted the door will bind.

X3. Probably a level twist issue causing it to bind. Push in at lock and see if that helps.
