My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a 2017 291RK. Has the quality for Crossroads improved? We see complaints and want to make sure our money is not being wasted.

I surely hope you enjoy your new coach & have great luck with it. As far as improved quality, it's a rv & regardless of make, model, or price it's a crap shoot as to whether your particular unit is quality or a headache. Anyone that is thinking of buying or has bought MUST be able to use tools & at least a basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing systems otherwise the dealerships service department will have it more than you & they are never concerned about how long it takes to repair.

We got a new 291RK last month and it's seems about the same as other trailers we have had. We really like it but they all are made pretty cheaply and with not much quality control. Like travelin texans said I am always fixing things as they come up.
