Radio

So the previous owner removed the existing AM/FM CD player, I would like to find one and install. Can anyone provide pictures of the stock unit? And maybe a wiring diagram. I know its a lot to ask.
I have the 19 ft Sunset Trail
Thanks

I believe they used Jensen radio's for that year. Here is a link to Jensen rv radios. You'll have to measure and see what one will fit your space

Well, I was hoping for a little more participation on this post. I can't find anything on this. Also, no 12 vdc to any of the wiring
I know the unit came wired with 6 speakers, 2 outside and 4 inside. I've sent my Vin# to Crossroads, but they dont seem to be in a big hurry to get back to me

Here’s the Jensen in my 2013. Six speakers also.

Have you reached out to Trekwood RV Parts and Supply? They seem to be the “go to” place for difficult to find OEM parts. Type “radio” in the search box and there are quite a few radios, hopefully one will work for you.

Is there a spot for the radio to fit in a wall or cabinet, or do you think it was a free standing radio sitting on a shelf?

Well its raining and I was bored so I took on the quest to find your stereo.

This is what I found.

1 From my research it seems that your Sunset Trail 19 ck is a 2009 model. All the 2010 models I could find and in the Crossroads brochure they are a Hybrid. The 2009 19 ck looks like yours.

2 The 2010s have the Jensen stereos that are built in to a cabinet. The 2009s Have a Hafler AVR stereo that sits on a shelf and looks like a "home receiver"

3 Hafler went out of business years ago. I was unable to find anything on the AVR2500 but was able to find a manual for a AVR6000 that was used in Heartland rvs.

Hope this will help. If it were mine I would look for a place to mount a "in wall or built in" stereo with the dvd player that is close to your existing wiring to make instillation easier. Just Google "Rv stereo" and you will get a lot of options. Then find the "cutout size" to see if you have room.

As to the difference in the model years that is somewhat common. In 2006 we bought a leftover 2004 Salem 5th wheel. It was new and never titled so when we bought it the title came back as a 2006. We were told by the dealer that when a new camper sells it is titled in the current year. Now this was in Mo and 13 years ago. This dealer would get the leftover Forest River brand campers that other dealers could not sell then sell them at a discount. At that time they even had some 2002 models that did not sell.

Thanks for your help on this.
Not sure why I'm not getting power to at least one of these wires. I checked every fuse.

Mine had a Jensen. It stopped working and, until I fixed it (removed and replace the fuse), I started looking at other options. Any car radio would work.
