Re Spacing between tires ( dual axel )

I have a 2012 Crossroads Sunset Trail reserve 31BH and I bought a set of X Chock tire locking chocks does anyone know the distance between the tires in between each other. My trailer is in storage so I can’t go out to check it out properly with a tape measure any help would be appreciated.

Goldstar,
you have the 'Safety Stance' suspension, which means the axles are spread apart. I have the same thing. I don't know the distance between them, but I do know that the conventional X-chocks will not work.
I cannot tell by the picture what type you purchased.
I got some that were designed for wide stance axles, and they work well, although a bit awkward to install.
Personally, I think a couple of scissor jacks to the ground at mid-point would work better for stability. I experimented a little bit with that, and concluded that it is more stable than X-chocks for the wide stance units.
I hope that helps.

Wheel Chocks

I have a 2012 Crossroads Sunset Trail ST30 and you are correct that you likely have the Secure Stance suspension. A friend told me that he had a near accident due to his trailer jack slipping off of a wooden block and he bought a set of the cross chocks to prevent this in the future. So, I bought my set for the obvious safety reasons to secure the trailer; I suppose it helps with the trailer swaying when walking inside. I do not know the exact measurements between the tires, but I bought the attached set from amazon and they work great, a little still when screwing them in and out but after a few times they loosen up well. I use my cordless drill to spread them initially and then use the rachet included with the set to tighten them up. Unfortunately I noticed on Amazon that these are currently out of stock. Happy trails!

I just noticed that your model of chocks go upto 10"; you will note that mine go 10" - 17" so I doubt yours will work. I do recall searching for the extended length for them to work properly.

We have the 2013 Crossroads Sunset Trail Reserve 30RE and the tires are 14-15 inches apart. I use the BAL X-TENDED FIT X-CHOCK
Model 28014 (SINGLE)
Model 28024 (DOUBLE PACK)

Extends up to 17" to accommodate wide track axle spacing.

Happy camping!!
