Factory Tour wasn't much: no production, no work / workers, no assembling, no 5th Wheels. My guide was "Western" rep good guy real knowledgable.
Our newSF32RL was already finished waitting transport to dealer.
Marvelous, Beautiful. BIG. Clean! Needing very little dealer clean-upprep . . .
Schwintek Slideout room bottoms will suprise you all & disappoint
...
Wall andFloor Alum studs are all welded @ ends / joints. All come in from an other building, insulated, laminated. Didn't get to see or check Roof insulation or ducting. Cieling/Roof Trusses are mix of wood and Aluminium and nicely done. Saw No basement insulation. TT front end caps have a major over lap at roof seam should prevent any problems (hope 5th Wheels do also!) No LED lights for 2014s inside or outside!!! All Sunsets get fiber bat insulation covered w/"Apollo tech insulation" under fiberglass caps. "Real" dry wieghts as units leave building, but dry dry. NO Water(rain wind)leakage testing. No air infultation(leak) testing. No Remote contol anything. 2014s get LED TVs, but newer TV size doesn't fit old cabinet design, looks "cheap(small)" or after thought-ish.
Black or Gray tankDump valve(s) placement not well thought out and pull handle placements are nightmarish. Impossible to survice valves or cablepulls ; it'll require cutting bottom covering(plastic sheeting), good luck resealing cuts/hole.
CrossRoads or Thor must be conjoined with Lippert. Lippert everything . . .
More Sunday after Delivery Sat. AM & Bring her home!!!!!!

She is home & ours!!
No way to tell if we got Apollo Tech insulation wrap. Not even a sticker like "Cruisers"
Zero - - None; No insulation to bottom of slideout rooms!! Just chip board with black fabric covering!!
Dump Valve Handles" Bath Gray & Black handles (-cables) are way under trailer, not easily reachable: Kitchen Gray Handle(-cable) is in center of trailer, one has to crawl under trailer to reach it!!!! Dealer said he couldn't & wouldn't help, "It came from the Factory that way."
No Registration or Warrantee Cards in Info Pack. Info Pack very incomplete, only half of equipment covered. Major omissions, missing info & manuals.
Hope this is NOTthe Standard or Norm for this trailer!! Even a 65 year old used Yellowstone "Egg" 50 years ago came to us better documented & prepared . . . After 8pre-owned & 4 (this is 5th) new RVs this has the most things wrong right out of the "BOX." Sure hope Sunset Trail; CrossRoads; Thor step-up & remedy!!! Dealer was no help. Salesman went in to 'hiding.'
Good News:
She towed great, even in to winds w/ gusts to 28mph. Brakes not properly adjusted; by factory or dealer; minor detail, but annoying.
Fit & finish so far pretty good. Have only found 1 fault to date; a deep cut strach in a counter top.
She is Pretty!!!! Wife still Loves Floor Plan.
All loaded up for shake down trip. More in a week after we get back.

600 miles no major problems
4 nights, 3 days, 20*F nights, low 40*F days, lots of wind, w/ furnace & water heater running constantly, didn't run out of LP. Main Floor never warmed up; so, no basement (tanks) heat!! The Mrs. loves Electic Heat from Fireplace & its infinite settings. Slides sealed no leaks found / felt.
Trailer seriously needs Shock Absorbers; I-65 Indiana not best surfaced road. Tires show no problems, , yet ...
Trailer needs a (rubber)isolator pin box!! Will have to wait-out warrantee, to installa Ryde-Mor myself.
Trailer's water system has no low point drains; none.
Shower Pan not installed incorectlly, doesn't drain (slope) to the drain, pools.
Sink Covers need restraining, don't like them becoming missiles. Trailer needs Shock Absorbers!.
LEDsaccross front put out a lot of BlueLight. Trailer needs better porch & stairs lights.
All & All not bad. Only Major Short Fall found / felt is the lack of Shock Absorbers; this outing!!
