Slide hitting tv

So irritated. We noticed a scuff in the top of the TV frame when we brought the TT home from the dealer. Figured they dinged it when the brought it in. Then notived the TV doesn't fit in the cabinet right, as if it was mounted off center. I realized today that the slide is actually hitting the TV which is starting to gouge the frame of the TV, and the side of the slide. I don't think the slide is going in too far; the TV sticks out too much. Is it a dealer issue or a factory issue? Anyone else have problems with their main TV mounted funny?

The slide out is significantly smaller than the opening, at least 1 inch each side. And they can shift back and forth. So what may have been ok at one time becomes a problem. Sounds like the TV needs to be shifted for more clearance.
