Does anyone know if there should be an overflow/overfill tube from the fresh water holding tank, on our ST25RB. Or is there only the 2 low drain points (hot & cold water lines). On our old Citation trailer if I was filling the holding tank with water, once level reached a certain point, it would start coming out the overflow tube, which I could see was connected near the top portion of the tank (holding tank was under our couch inside...so I could see exactly what was happening). With new Crossroads trailer thetank ishidden under thefloor, so no way of checking. I thought I had a GOOD LOOK under trailer, and could not see anything other than the low point drain valves. I'm afraid of trying to fill tank to max in order to sanitize for fear of flooding trailer. Thought I'd ask the forum membership first, before contacting Crossroads. (I know dealer wouldn't have a clue!)

No dedicated overflow tube but the freshwater fill tube will back up and overflow past your hose when full...that is how I tell my tank is full while filling in my driveway.

There is a vent tube probably near your fill tube. About the size of dime. When you fill the tank you should get water out of this vent tub. You will also get water out the fill tube if you fill it too fast.

The vent tube should vent air when filling or draining the tank. If it overflows water before the fill tube then it's hooked up wrong and you run the risk of bursting or collapsing the tank.
