Our AC has very low airflow, temp high. Please advise of similar problems and possible solutions.

When you open the vents on the main part, in the kitchen, do you get lots of air?

Yes it is, and yes it has. On delivery they had to change the cowling around on the kitchen unit because there was no airflow - it seemed to correct that problem then.

As I recall from a thread on here there is some sort of baffle in there to seperate cold versus return. Maybe that baffle has come loose. You could try taking the filter our and look up at the unit with a flashlight. See if anything has fallen\moved.
But, its possible that baffle is something that has to be accessed from up top. Might have to take it in to the dealer.
Are you camping?

The air return or intake to the fan is iced up, what is the cause and solution? I notice I have no run off from the unit that I usually have from topside, could it be I'm too level?

Here is a thread that might help.
http://www.crossroadsowners.com/foru...room-2274.html

Also, if you could place the make, model and year of your rig in your signature it would help for future questions.

First, gotta let it thaw out. Should be done by morning. How long did you run it? Doors\windows were open? What was the outside temp when you were trying to cool the camper?

Should I turn the ac off to let thaw? It ran all night, and seems fine, left at 5am - everything closed up, back at 1030 and it was 86 inside - guessing around 80 (a little cooler) - then had to leave again and left 2 windows open for a little air flow - back about 5 pm about 90 outside (& cooling down from 93 peak) to find it at 96 inside. Windows open probably made it worse?

Let the fan run on high but turn the compressor off.
Here is an excellent link to a service manual. Good information. On page 8, figure A-20, it shows the location of the "freeze control switch". http://bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/acservice.pdf

Check the drainage holes on the roof unit like Lloyd said.
Also the inside foam filter.

Yes, ice is melting fast! Air is blowing like mad, and it is running off roof like it should! The question is, and I think I'm going to try it, once it's all cleared off can I turn the air back on?

Inside foam filter looks good, will have to check weep holes when I can access roof, heading home tomorrow. Running just fan right now, already dropped inside temp 10 degrees. May just run fan for the night, but would prefer ac.

Up on the roof where the ac is under the ac cover there are weep holes for the water to run out. You have to remove the cover and look where they are. If they are clogged with debris, clean the holes out so the water runs free.
