My front stabalizer just went out due to a sticky switch. Crossroads sent me a new motor and two new switches with 6A resetting breakers. The original wiring did not include the 6Aresetting fuse which I believe will save the motors from burning up. The 30 Amp fuse located under the refridgerator did not blow. Crossroads sent me the parts in about two weeks.

Glad to hear that they took care of your issue.

Looks like another design issue at CrossRoads.

Nice Job!! Looks like something Crossroads should have done. Is that a standard PVC electrical box like you can get at Home Depot, & did you re-use original switches?

yes ,Home Depot and you will have to omit the wire harness that attaches to the back of the switch as there isn't enough depth for it . Just use female crimps. Also just cut off top and bottom of plate to fit.

I have the ST25RB as well and so far no problems. Used it 3 times now, but on my last trip out while dumping the tanks kept hearing the rear jack clicking. Watched it and it was trying to retract. I extended it a little and it stopped. Sounds like from other posts the switch could be sticking. Will have to keep a watch on them.

I have a 2012 Crossroads Sunset Reserve trail 32 BH RV the electric front leveling jacks stopped is there a fuse for it or how do I check the motor or the switch out beside the motor on the outside. It has 4 connections that come together but no fused connections. I would appreciate any assistance on finding where to start looking before ordering parts.
Thanks.

Have you checked for a circuit breaker? Could be around the battery.

Be careful with the term 'leveling'.. they are not leveling jacks, they are stabilizing jacks, and if you attempt to level your RV with them, things will break.
That said, if you have a multi-meter (every RV owner should have one), start by pulling out the switch, and checking for 12 volts. If you have it present, push the switch side to side, and check for voltage on the terminals. That is a good start. No voltage, find your circuit breaker for it. Most of that generation were mounted on the front frame, under the battery area.

No circuit breaker found for the stabilizing jacks I’m thinking it could be the motor but there is no power going to the switch that’s why I think it’s a fuse.very frustrating.

I don't know anything about the electric stabilizer jacks. I've never had them on any of my rigs.
BUUUT, if you don't have power going to the switch, in my thinking that means there is a break in the line. So there must be a fuse inline some place. You're not getting the answer you are looking for, so I suppose you are going to have do a little searching.
Start by tracing the lines that are coming from the switch. See if you can follow them back to the battery. My guess is there is an inline fuse hidden somewhere along that line that you are over looking.

Thumbs up Troubleshooting the issue 👍

I appreciate you taking the time trying to assist me I’m still troubleshooting the issue hopefully I will find an inline fuse or a Brocken wire to the switch since there is no fuses inside the RV that indicate it’s for the stabilizing jacks. Thanks again 👍
