Anybody have any problems with the outside shell separating from the wood (Luan)? I understand from talking to someone at Crossroads the sides are all glued together then a roller device is used to add pressure.

Most if not all brands with a smooth sidewall are lamented. And yes some have de-lamentation. Usually from water getting in around a window or some other leak. All manufactures have this. Again you have to keep up with the maintenance.

Appreciate the guidance. My understanding is this trailer uses a different process than laminated sides which is why I was asking about experience with this process. You are definitely correct in that maintenance helps but may not if it is a manufacturing defect in this different process.
