Smile Sunset Trail Super Lite ST290QB

Got mine going in the weekend after labor day, it was mislabeled and luckily we didn't have any issues. I hooked up the cleanout hose to what I thought was the black tank and nothing came out, turned it off and opened the other valve and bam grey water.

Hopefully it is just a label problem and not drainage problems. We are worried the electronics are backwards as well. We have it setup to go into the shop Sept 12, as we have LED lights, and a bunch of trim issues.

Still love the trailer!

Black and grey are commonly miss labeled. No fear. Glad you enjoyed your camping. Just peal the labels off and place them correctly or paint the grey handle grey.

Unless I'm missing what you are saying,
it must be labeled right if you got grey water out of the valve labeled--grey.
Maybe your black tank/line is blocked.

I am new at all this but the hose you connect to the black water tank for clean out, once I opened that black tank and turned on the hose nothing came out. I turned off the water, opened what was labeled grey tanks and out came the blue water and it started to drain.

Just have to swap the labels and glad the black tank was only 1/4 full, could of ended really bad.

Crossroads needs a better QC check list.
