I recently had a very positive experience with dealing with my RV Dealer in Calgary, and the warranty folks at Crossroads.

I had 2 issues with my 2012 ST26BH. First was a number of 'stress cracks' had developed on the fiberglass front cap. Second was I had a number of sharp protrusions that were pointing up and pushing from below on my roof membrane.

I took my unit into the dealer (Guarantee RV) and both issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. They replaced the front cap (brand new cap), and resealed everything, IMO better than what I had delivered from the factory. The roof membrane was also replaced, with the sharp points being staples that were not appropriately dealt with ahead of factory installation of the roof membrane. Again, they corrected the issue, then reapplied the membrane, and did an excellent job resealing all the roof openings.

It wasn't a hassle at all, and I had the trailer back within 2 weeks of taking it in for the service. While it was there, I had them install a slide topper awning as well.

Glad it worked out.

New roof and a new cap in the first part of your ownership is a terrible start....
