We are days away from buying a ST25RB Reserve from Terry Town RV and they are not in our state. My local dealer told me that you don't get good service if you buy from one dealer and need warranty work done at another dealer. My local dealer also said that they would charge us if we need warranty work and we would need to get refunded from Crossroads.<div id="myWatcherDiv" style="display:n&#111;ne;">

Is this true?

I cannot find good warranty info on the crossroads web site

Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

Is your local dealer a Crossroads dealer ? If they are aCrossroads dealer and are telling you that, maybe you need toschedule a conference call with Crossroads and the dealer and let them say that to Crossroads

Crossroads just posted this link and it lets you find authorized service centers

If you need service (warrantee) work done by someone other than a auth. CR service center they must call CR and get an OK first. Then CR will pay them, not you. Any dealer that would suggest that you have to pay and get reimbursed is just wrong, of course it is their business and they can set their own rules but I don't think I would ever do business with them and I would let them know that and then post it on their web site.
