Unhappy Water Leaking in from somewhere...

We have a 2012 Sunset Trail Reserve 28FL. I noticed water under the rear bed slide along the wall, and also in the bathroom under the sink along the wall, had a RV tech come to the house and check it out and he water tested it and couldn't find anything, he checked the roof and slide seals and they are all in excellent condition. Checked all the caulked seams and everything, and can't figure out where its coming from. We had rain again today and it was wet again. Has anyone had this problem? Where was it coming from, If so how did you fix it.

Thanks!!!

If you have the schwintek slide mechanism that has the track on the sidewall, some of the guys say it can run in around them.

Check around all the lights mounted on the outside of the rv. They drill 1" holes for 1/8" wires. I caulk the top of the fixtures and around the sides.

There's a method for checking for leaks that involves blowing air into the unit and spraying the exterior with soapy water. Wherever bubbles form, there are leaks. Here is the web site:

SealTech Manufacturing USA | Industry Standard for RV Leak Detection

We had a leak in the bedroom slide and were unaware of it until the bed detached from the wall. This was in 2014. We ended up at the factory and they had to practically rebuild the entire slide. I hope yours is not as serious. Our unit is also a 2012 model. They said it was caused by not sealing the slide properly when it was built.
