What is this drain?

I've only owned my trailer for about a month so I haven't totally figured everything out yet. In the picture below, I know the drain to the right is obviously my fresh water tank - what are the two side by side drains on the left?

My guess would be those are your low point drains.

Yes I believe you are right. Is one for the cold piping and one for hot? Not ever owning a trailer before, I assume I only need this when winterizing?

Hot and cold low point drains to drain internal lines by gravity.

One is cold water, one hot, for draining water line during winteraztion. Be careful and watch for o-ring on cap , I opened mine and closed it right after purchase to check everything worked, put cap back on and it continued to leak found o -ring on the ground, reinstalled no leak.
