Wireless remote

I have a 2013 Sunset Trail Reserve 28BH I was wondering if there was a package or kit available to purchase to install a wireless remote to work the slide outs.

Electrical and Wiring Replacement Parts for RV Slide-Outs

but as an add-on I'm guessing it might be pricey

Love mine. I heard they got away from them for the 14 models. My 13 came with one.

Tim D what model do you have. Mines a 2013 and didn't come with it. There's a spot in the fuse box labeled remote though

I didn't see a remote system for the Schwintek Slides, just the hydraulic slides.

My 2013 ST29SS has a remote for the Schwintek slide that also controls the awning, stabilizer jacks, and the porch light

late 2013's do not have the remote as they had alot of warranty problems with them or they just said that and deleted the option to save money? mine was built in july of 13 and has it.

That would be a great idea then it would only take 1 person to put the slides in

I'll gladly give you my remote.

Great idea but it approaches worthless in the actual implementation.

They have to have a good battery. I just replaced the one in mine. It works quite well.

I made a mistake on dates...mine was built in july of 2012 (not 2013) they stopped installing remotes around sept 2012.
I think i got it right this time.

Ours came with one too (January 2013). Like others have said, the battery must be very good!

I have a 2014 and the remote works well. I like the fact I can observe outside and control the equipment safely. Makes it easy to set up alone.
