Well while weedeating me storage lot, I managed to toss a rock thru my large back window on the PP. It does break into 10,0000 pieces.. Lucky me.. Now I just have find out how to replace and by whom... What a joy. Oh yea, did I mention we are due to leave Friday for vacation.. Sometimes life is fun.

Keith, sounds like you have my luck! Maybe CR could get you a new window by mid week and you could get it installed and still be able to leave Friday for your vacation.

window sizes are standard with Hehr making 80% of RV windows. You should be able to get a glass shop or standard replacement quickly.

Just an update on the situation. Local glass shop informed me that they had to order the "Whole" back window unit and could not replace the large window only. Thisglass shop is only glass company that the largest RV dealership (non Crossroads) uses to repair all other units in the area. Took the unit to the shop and they cleaned and removed all the rubber and placement strips and cut a piece of lexon (Tinted Plex Glass) which when installed looked just like the glass window. They said if my unit was much older that I might have considered this repair and not the replacement glass. However, they did say with a unit this new, that a glass replacement is recommended. It could take up to a week to get a replacement I'm told.



Only got a little water damage on the inside from our nightly thunderstorm before I could get it covered. I believe I have it well dryed now.



It looks as if vacation will be saved once again... I may have a few more gray hairs, but it looks as if it still on...

If it is Lenox and not plexaglass I would leave it if the tint matched. Lenox is strounger then plexi by a long shot.
