say! dont give up.Level your trailer then throw the level on the slide put it on the table the floor whatever and see if its leaning.Find a reputable service center to adjust it or try your hand its not that difficult to adjust on the on the cruiser and I would imagine its not much different on the PP unless everything is coming loose.No dealer can argue with a level either it is or it is not.
