2015 CrossRoads Factory RV Rally

Plans are well under way for the 2015 rally.
The dates are July 17-18-2015.

Thursday we have a pass a dish every one is welcome to join the group.

Every one who has preregistered please fill out the registration page and submit

Any one wanting to come in early or stay late can call Cindy at the camp ground at 206-768-4669.

We will be meeting with Cathy Fuller to order name tags

Hi Everyone,

This year at the CrossRoads Rally, CrossRoads is going to have people there to do some minor service work on units.They will be doing the service work at your camp site and you are allowed to submit 2 minor service items.There will be no charge to you for your two approved minor service items.If you are in need of some minor work please fill out the following forms are return them to Rick.

Minor Service Work

For the CrossRoads Rally, you are allowed to submit 2 minor service requests and we will make our best efforts of get to these.

What We Can Do:

• We can do minor service work only (repair, replacement and adjustment of small items)

What We Cannot Do:

• We cannot do major service work
• We cannot repair/replace things like awnings, steps, windows, air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, stoves, refers, tanks etc.

Costs:

There will be no charge to you for your two approved minor service items.



When:

Service work begins first thing Friday morning, July 17
th


Where:

Service work will be performed on your rig at your rally site.



Sign-Up Form:

We’ve created a sign-up form that we need you to complete if you wish to have minor service work performed.Your requests will be reviewed and the status will be communicated back to you.

If you contact one of the site team guys they can set you up with the ability to edit your lead post so when you need to announce something that might have changed with the rally or something new that might be happening you can just change the lead (1st) post...makes it easier than having to go through pages of posts to find a change...and easier for attendees to monitor from week to week...

This is our first time attending a Crossroads Rally. I saw the sched. for the meals and presentations but wondered if there is an silent auction or another activity that we should know about.

There is a pot luck dinner on Thursday evening and last year there was a silent auction as well.

List the repairs you need to have done...At the rally last year they replaced a campers axle in the Shipshewana Campground...That was NOT a minor repair...
