Just talked to Western Village staff. Campground is open all year. There is no special requirements for anyone coming to the rally from another state.

Hope to see you all at the rally.

Ready to Roam...

Hello Northeast Adventurers!

What beautiful weather April has been sharing with us. Our springtime rally is just around the corner at the end of the month. Pennsylvania is very clean and green!

I hope this message finds you healthy and happy, and that you've gotten the vaccination if you were looking to do so. PA currently has a mandatory mask mandate for all public areas. We currently have an uptick in Covid cases, but nothing close to the surge last year.

Please consider posting what you may be contributing to the Fri/Sat/Sun breakfasts, Friday Wine & Cheese, and Saturday dinner. We always have such a wonderful variety of foods and drinks. Mark and I are looking forward to catching up with everyone.

Will touch base again soon,
deb

another great rally

Jeannie and I had a GREAT TIME being with GREAT FRIENDS at the rally. We are already looking forward to 2022 Rally We are glad to hear that our egg, ham, cheese and onion sandwiches went over well. You can also add bacon if you like.
I guess we started a new trend. Joe and I will double up next year for faster service.
Everyone be safe traveling home and for the rest of the year.
Here is what I use to make a batch of the onions.
Yellow onions sliced
Put a stick or 2 of butter in the bottom of the pot or pan.
add your onions
add some garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder. salt and a little pepper.
cook on low and stir from time to time until they are soft.
pour the batch into a strainer ( you don't need all the excess butter )
put into jars the into the fridge

Great rally...Always so good to see and talk with everyone...Gotta start the diet tomorrow, not even gonna get on a scale for at least a couple of days... Arrived to the rally wearing size 36 waist jeans departed today wearing 38 waist shorts... needless to say the food was great, as usual...Stay safe and well...See everyone at Mason/Dixon...
