Are these Ads bothering you?

I realize there is a cost to have this forum running. These Ads drive me crazy, sometimes you have to click on them to see parts of the screen when your trying to read something. Could there be an option where you could pay like a membership fee to make the Ads go away? maybe this could be an idea for the future, Does this bother anyone else or is it just me?

I use add blocker plus. It's free, and all adds go away. At least visibly.

Adjust your internet settings. You should only get the small ads on the banner and above the list of recent posts.

Thanks for letting me know about the blocker plus, Ill give it a try.

I had the same complaint last week and followed Lloyd's advice. Works really well and was easy to download, install and set up.

The ads go away but I find the site extremely slow and seems to hang up from time to time.

Tim, it might be your provider, what speed you have for your internet, and/or your PC needs to be cleaned up.

I use firefox - not any ads I see.... even if they were there I'd ignore them

The ads don't bother me. In the past I read the group several times a day. Now I'm down to once every 2 weeks. CU middle of Dec~~.

Ads are a part of life, I am kinda use to them... What really SCORCHES MY BUNS is, if I pay for Sirius radio I don't have to listen to ANY commercials... SOOOOOO then why is it that if I PAY for cable TV I STILL have to watch commercials.:ma d::censore d:

There are options to prevent display of adds. What bugs me is your searches are monitored and adds are focused on you preferences. That is the world we live in today.
