camper manufactures

After owning three campers, and the trouble Ive had and reading all the issues almost every one has even with high end campers, someone needs to remind the manufactures what happen to the American auto industry when they were making junk and asking top dollar for there product. The camper manufactures are headed down the same path, until someone comes along and somehow forces them to improve there product, I have purchased my last one.

And the Japanese don't make RV's. We could start importing European RV's.

A European RV wouldn't have any cup holders.

They just need to start paying those folks for quality work & not how many they can rush off the line. On my job if I had turned out crap once maybe, twice I'm out the door kicking rocks, but these people do it everyday & off by noon.

Have you seen a European RV?

As Shania Twain's song says "That don't impress me much."

A lot of the rv's in Europe are imported from.........Indiana, USA

Look at it from there side, if they put out 50 units a week 10 of them have a problem (problems) 8 of us out of the 10, fix the issues ourselves and the other 2 take there's to the dealer for repairs, that's what they see 2 out of 50. Nobody wants there unit sitting at a dealer for weeks or even months waiting for a usually substandard repair. So when you fix something yourself send them (crossroads) a email letting them know what you fixed or else they don't know.

You are correct Jim, or Susie. I'd report every problem I had with the rv to Crossroads. At least they will have record of the issue.

Just had this image, if all these dealerships lots have as many units sitting in them now & that's only 2 out of 50, what would those lots look like with 50 out of 50, you would have a 6 year wait instead of 6 weeks & still have to repair their repair yourself.
