Camping World Chichester, NH vs. Crossroads

I bought a 2016 Cruiser 315RL from Camping World in Chichester, NH. I found a number of items requiring repair prior to signing. I signed a P&S with a hefty deposit on 3/12/2016. They insisted I sign on 3/19/2016 insisting all will be well by delivery 5/1/2016. It's now six months later and I'm still waiting for parts. They get a piece and it's wrong, another piece and it's broken. I'm so disgusted with this dealership. They keep telling me it's Crossroads warranty and claims. The camping season is winding to a close and I'm still waiting for parts.

I am grateful it is only small items, not anything big, but seriously, how long does it take to get a toilet seat? How many different kinds of LED awning lights can there be?

I finally get the remote and have no idea how to program it. I got the entry light to go on and off, that's it.

Probably doesn't help that Camping World has dropped the Cruiser line.

End of rant, thanks for listening. The next time I buy an RV, I'm not signing anything beyond the P&S until it is working as it is supposed to be.

Hard lesson, it's called live and learn.... Sorry you had to find out the hard way, good luck with the camper...
