I do business in the Ohio Amish community and have a very good customer who's brother works in the RV industry building travel trailers. These folks may be self respecting but do not care about quality. All the shop employees, including this guys brother, only get paid if a certain number of units get built each day (min) and can earn more if they exceed that. So it's all about numbers; quality has nothing to do about it. I do not know which manufacturer he works for so please do not assume I am speaking about crossroads.

I'm only familiar with the Amish community here in the small town in Tennessee that I live in. Amish built my house and garage, and they are excellent craftsmen. I've had "englishers" do work for us as well, and there is no comparison between the work ethic and quality of craftsmanship of the two. I guess the difference is that the ones around here are either self employed or they work for other Amish or Mennonite builders rather than corporations.

Have it on very good authority that the guy in the first blue shirt installs the hydraulic left handed quadraphonic smoke shifter.
