Crossroads Recent Change

Good Morning everyone!

I just wanted to check in and let you all know of a recent change.

It comes with great sadness to let you know that Christian Muffoletto has moved on from Crossroads to pursue other things. I know she helped a lot of you and she will be missed.

I however will be taking a more active role on the forums and you are welcome to message me with questions or concerns that you may have. You can either message me here or at my work email at kfuller@crossroadsrv.com.

Thanks!

Kathy Fuller

Thanks for the post letting us know of the changes.
Sorry to hear of Christian's departure. It seemed she was quite enthusiastic about her position.
I will be looking forward to your participation here.

Hey Kathy, nice to see you here. For those of you who don't know Kathy has been with the company for a long time, she was one of my first contacts there back when the forums were on an old platform that was getting spammed to death. Kathy has always been very attentive and pleasant to deal with.

I know her role at Crossroads has been more with marketing so please follow the channels she outlines for support requests. This was they get into their system in the best manner and you are not blowing up the inbox of someone who might not be able to get you the quickest response.

Thanks for notifying of the changes Kathy. We have not had any issues so far with ours, getting ready to dewinterize for the year and hopefully I got everything done right in the fall.

Looking forward to interaction with you and members on here.

Kathy, thanks for stepping up. Having a customer liaison that frequents these forums is a good idea and a great way to illustrate CR's focus on their customers and their product lines.

Glad that CR has decided to keep a liaison position...Sorry that Christian has moved on, she was very affective...Hope to have you around for a long time...Keeping personal seems to be a problem with CR at this time...
