Well I finally scheduled my vacation (April 24 - May 2) So I call James Island County park in Charleston and you would know it FULLY BOOKED.....That is where i really wanted to go..Now I have to use that thing behind my eyes called a brain to find another place to camp...gosh I'm getting a headache already....and it is to early for beer and I'm at work......Just wanted to share that with you folks....

Ask them if they would have a site if the President showed up. When they say yes tell them you know the Pres won't be there so you'll take his spot.

We stayed at Lake Aire a couple of years ago. It was OK since we spent all day in town. Not to far from town, affordableand they take quite a few discount networks.

I know it stinks I think I will call Hilton Head they have a nice campground... I looked at lakeaire rv and just not sure about it...

Whoo - Hooo I made my reservation today to Mt. Pleasant / Charleston KOA. April 24 - May 2..... Have any of you ever camped there?? If so how was it?.. they Had good reviews on campgroundreviews.com....

James Islandcalled me today and said they had a site come open..Should I take it and cancelreservation at theKOA or isit just as nice as James Island???? Any input would be much appreciated....
