As of Saturday, after 8 years the DW and I have split. Now I don't know if I will be able to keep the 5er or not. She does not want it, nor does she have the truck to pull it. Where I go from here is unknown at this time. My disability does not pay much and don't know if I will be able to afford it with what I get, of course she left me the payment book.

_popupControl();

that sucks.. I would think that she is 1/2 responsible for the payments if you were married.

Bummer - so sorry to hear of your troubles. Try to settle everything in a ammicable manner and visit a lawyer with her for advice on proceedings. Friends of ours kept it VERY civil, shared the costs of a lawyer who just reviewed everything before the court date and it went VERY smoothly.

Again, sorry for your troubles.

Well I kinda threw her out!! To keep it short, she was sleeping in the wrong bed. It won't be ammicable!

George, I'm truley sorry to hear about your problems. I've been in the very position you find yourself in today, and the only thing I can say is a qualified, "things will come around."

I was lucky though, I found a good woman, married her, and am more financially successful, and emotionally securethan I ever was before. Starting over sucks, but its the only way to a new life.

God bless, good luck.

Sorry to hear this George. After reading this I immediately thought of the song 32:20, originally written by Robert Johnson ()

Get thee to a good attourney, and harken to his/her advice.

You may consider selling your home or giving up your apartment and living in the 5er. Or selling the 5er and buying something smaller and cheaper; perhaps used.

George,

Been there and it isn't pretty, as I started over with just a suitcase of clothes.

however, as Louie said, it can be a blessing in disguiise, as I am in the same boat as he was.

Best of luck to you.
