Earthquake at my house m!

https://www.google.org/publicalerts/...=US&source=web We had a 5.1 earthquake at my house in the NC mountains this morning at 8:05 AM. Shook me out of bed. Felt like the bottoms of the earth were coming up through our house. It’s been the biggest since 1916 in our area. We are fine, no damage. Others in my county had a lot of damage but no injuries. Really scary!

Just read about that online. Glad to hear you're safe and sound.

Glad your OK Papa-T. But I can't help myself but to ask if you were around for the quake of 1916?

Hahaha...
Glad you're safe, I've been in a few 7+ when I was stationed in Japan. Never a fun time, always felt helpless.

Update: So since the earthquake we’ve had around 300 aftershocks. Almost every outher day. Sometimes a couple a day. What does this mean? I hope we’re not leading up to another big one. FYI I did take out earthquake insurance on the house. In the mountains of NC. Who would’ve thought!
