I'll have to think of something else to measure the wind chill... Trust me I'll come up with something really good...

OK let me see if I got this right... Both 2013 & 2014 had cool & rainy spring & summer weather, plus gloomy rainy fall weather, plus snowy, icy, extreme low temperature winters, which seems to be continuing into this year. Even as I write this we are in a cold snap that is reaching down as far as Florida...

GLOBAL WARMING.

I woke up to this on Sunday morning. Poor truck was frozen solid from a -30 night.

The backyard, even the dog didn't want to go outside.

Its hard to tell from the angle I took the pictures but there is about 4ft of snow in most of the backyard.

Tommy, here's a smart phone app that calculates the wind chill.

My kids have been out of school all week. We only have about an inch on the ground here in NC, but the close schools for just a snowflake here. Really cold! Though my 7 year old is loving it!

I remember when I was a kid (LONG time ago) my brother and I would go out to play in the snow and wouldn't come in for the longest time....When we did finally come in the house my mother would have to help us take our wet and snow and ice covered cloths off because we were so cold we couldn't undo bottons and zippers for ourselves...Just seeing your daughters JOY in the picture you posted reminded me of that...Thank You

Mark
Thanks for the APP, when I see you at the NorthEast Crossroads Rally you can install it on Rosie's phone right after you attach the picture of Rosie and me to my CR forum signature.... Truth be told though I think the picture of Al in his underwear is would be much funnier... I also should say I don't know Al other than from this forum, so I hope he is a good sport and doesn't mind me joking with him...

Tommy -- yes, I remember also not feeling my fingers/toes. I grew up in New York. Lots of snow. Great memories also. Snow was magic back then. Still love it now but not in the same way.

Tommy thanks for sparking some wonderful memories. I have four siblings all close in age. We had many great times building snowmen and snow forts. Those fun times ended with the best snowball wars.
Oh by the way I sent Mark a 4' by 5' decal of me in my underwear he will attach to your 305 SKP at the rally. Enjoy!!!! 😂

Thanks for the compliment Tommy. As you can see I have been in the gym.
Also that is a decal so it will be"sticking" around long after the rally

Mark really nailed it it certainly captures wind chill.

NC wasn't doing much better, 3 degrees today with a -5 windchill. The kids have been out of school for 4 days since our little snowstorm dumped less than an inch.
