Keep trying Jim, I'm sure it will come to you. It seems that people with fivers have a lot easier time getting into tight spots than us bumper pulls. Awfully nice of her to setup trailers for you to practice with.

Thanks Peter, I'm sure it will with some practice...I just wish the weather would cooperate a little...we've had so much rain...can't do anything...at least they're calling for snow tomorrow LOL Supposed to be sunny Sat and Sun, so we'll give it a try those days

After years of towing and backing a conventional trailer, we bought our first 5vr back in 05. Pulled her home, and spenf the next half hour trying to back it through the gate I had been backing through for 15 years. Luckily DW and I have a sense of humor! Now we can whip it in there without a second thought. You will get there!! Tows so much better than a conventional hitch trailer, was worth the back up learning curve..

I haven't got her out yet, but I did take the battery minder off today and hooked up the batteries!!!
It should be all down hill now------------right?
