Did anyone else see that even the spammers that Crossroads were going to work on keeping off our forum are even posting in the Forum update and spam section. Just made me laugh when I saw it.

Lloyd, I guess I am still living in the past back when the old forum never had spam issues. And if it did they were taken care of swiftly before most even noticed it.

Spam has become an ever increasing/bigger problem on "all"forums" and becoming harder to deal with all the time, but that is certainly not and excuse for lack of policing. If you are going have a forum, then I think every thing possible should be done to run it in a respectable fashion.

The forum admin has not been on the forum since 2/19. The forum is still getting spam attacks and nothing is done about it. So if they have lost interest in keeping this forum up and running the way it should be how long before they decide to just shut it down? I will say they are taking care of the Redwood forum nicely though.

I called Brad Plunkett two days ago to complain about the spam and left a message for him and guess who I still havent heard back from.

They have one of the forum members moderating the Redwood forum and he seems to be doing a good job keeping spam off their forum. He is also closing threads that get out of hand and off topic. I guess that forum is where managements focus is right now.
