Honda portables

Honda has issued a recall on certain generators.

I've got two (2) of the Honda 2000. One being the companion.
I finally got around to checking the serial #'s this morning, and they are both good.
Anybody else check theirs? If so what were your results?

Bought mine way before the mentioned selling dates of February 2018 thru January 2020. Bet you did too, Lloyd.

I have a pair of EU2000i Hondas also, but the recall is for the EU2200i. That must be a newer model.

Good catch Kemp. I totally over looked that 2200 part.

Healing slowly, Lloyd, but healing. Probably take another couple months. The Band Perry song "All I want to be is done" keeps playing in my head! Has to heal from the inside out vs. just stitching me up so a months-long process. Bi-weekly trips to Denver to a wound care clinic for checkups..hope they stay open! Joyce will get her 2nd knee replacement as soon as I'm closed up. She can't wait as the first one went so well. Broke my heart to cancel reservations at our favorite park outside Tucson for early next month, but can't go physically and it's probably a good thing not to travel under current conditions. Planning a fall trip to Oregon in my spare time..which is all the time. We're hunkered down cause our town's shut down. Hope you and Barb are well and safe ( you too Frank and Janet as well as everyone reading this).
